How much should you give as a deposit on a steel building

How much to give for a deposit? Well the least amount possible.

All companies are going need a deposit. Most companies will ask for a certain percentage of the purchase price or a flat fee. You will want to find out the minimum they will accept. If their minimum is is $800, tell them you only have 500 to put down as a deposit.

We are doing this so that we all are spending the least amount of money up front, thus protecting ourselves in case something goes wrong with our delivery. Of course you'll have to pay the balance in full when the building is delivered. You can normally paid with a cashier's check. It typically takes a few months before you get your building delivered to you so it would be wise to keep as much money in your pocket as possible.

Of course not all companies will to take a reduced deposit but you should at least ask.
